At 2% Realty™, we believe that you shouldn’t be surprised by hidden fees and additional charges which is why our commission structure is so simple. Our fee is 2% of the selling price of your home. That’s all. No additional fees or charges.
Below is a chart illustrating what you would pay with 2% Realty™, and what you may pay with a REALTOR or Brokerage firm that charges 7% commission on the first $100,000, and 3% commission on the balance.
